Tired.

Sometimes it is easy to believe that people are out to cause harm,
to feel we have to put up walls and fences for protection.

We grow layers of thorns, not realizing it’s that same sharp edge on another that pricked us in the first place.

Surrender. Even if it means a little pain.

Let love in….

Let the thorns fall away from your heart.

It is safe to rest, to take the risk. You don’t need to give up, you need to take a break (from thinking you must always be watching your back. Exhausting!)

Dare: believe in the good in yourself and others, if only for a moment. Then watch as the burden on your shoulders slips away.

Love was around you all along, my dear. You just had to open up to see it.
